9023 Flatcar

This flatcar has some real nice planking and rivet detail on the upper surface and plenty of molded structure and detailing below. The trucks are plastic, one of which has a de-coupling activator. It rolls smoothly with very little resistance. There are some holes along the outer edge that may have been for some pegs or something.
