According to Greenberg's Guide to Lionel
Trains vol. VII, the 1050-T can be identified by its arch-bar trucks.
Other Postwar slope-back tenders had truck detail that was solid, rather
than having the gaps (clearly visible in the top left photo below.) This
example shows signs of having been run on someone's layout, but only has
the light scratches that come from being handled. The photos capture
what little scuffing there is. |
